• 8am-6pm Monday-Friday
• 8am-1pm Saturday

RACV’s repair before replace policy means that we will check whether the damaged windscreen can be repaired without the need for replacement, saving you from replacing your windscreen unnecessarily.

If the damage cannot be repaired we will replace it. All new windows come with a lifetime warranty on workmanship and materials.

RACV also offers a unique emergency service, which operates 24 hours a day in metropolitan Melbourne. The temporary glass replacement service will seal your vehicle from wind and rain damage until new glass can be installed. The vehicle is then as secure as a convertible car. RACV members who choose Temporary Glass Replacement will get $25 off the cost of installing a new side window.
