        If you've broken down and need a new starter motor or alternator, RACV's Parts mobile service can deliver replacement parts to you within the Melbourne metropolitan area.

        RACV Parts mobile service covers alternator and starter motor mobile replacement:

        • Is available 7am to 8pm seven days a week in the Melbourne metropolitan area.
        • Has a 24 month/ 40,000 km nationwide replacement warranty for private-use vehicles.
        • Uses the highest quality alternators and starter motors. Where the replacement part is no longer manufactured, RACV Parts mobile service will install a high-quality remanufactured part.
        • Is a fast, reliable, competitively priced service, provided by qualified RACV Parts personnel.

        Calling the RACV Parts mobile service does not affect your RACV emergency roadside assistance service call allocation.

        discounts and prices

        RACV members do not pay for delivery and installation of parts. You only pay for the part. Non-members pay for the part plus $22.00 for delivery and installation. Conditions may apply.
